KKK Precast manufactures precast T-walls, concrete T wall units, concrete security walls, and blast wall barrier units for projects that need self-standing protection, fast deployment, and reliable site handling. These units are used when a standard road barrier is not enough and the project needs a taller protective wall line.
T-walls are part of our main product focus alongside concrete barriers, precast bunkers, concrete shelters, and precast manholes. They are not filler catalogue items. They are priority units for security, infrastructure, protective wall barrier, and force-protection packages.

T-WALL HEIGHTS, SIZES AND WEIGHTS
T-walls are specified by height first, because height decides both the protection line and the crane you will need on site. The three we run most often:

A standard T-wall is self-standing. The inverted-T base carries the unit, so there are no continuous foundations to pour. Weight starts at roughly 5,800 kg on the shorter units and climbs with height and reinforcement, and the exact figure, lifting-anchor layout, and base width are confirmed against your drawing before casting. Grade is C40/50 as standard, with UHPC available where the specification calls for blast performance.

PRECAST WALLS AND BLAST WALLS
“Precast wall” covers a lot of ground on a UAE site. When a project asks us for a precast wall, it usually means one of three things: a T-wall protective line, a continuous boundary or perimeter wall, or a blast wall rated to absorb fragmentation. We cast all three. T-walls are the self-standing choice when you need a wall line up fast without foundation work; engineered perimeter and blast walls are produced to the project’s structural and security specification.

T-WALLS VS JERSEY BARRIERS
Use jersey barriers when the job is road diversion, lane separation, work-zone protection, or traffic management. Use T-walls when the job is taller perimeter protection, force protection, or a security wall line that needs more vertical coverage and mass.
