KKK Precast produces precast manholes and utility chambers for drainage, telecommunications, electrical, water, irrigation and infrastructure throughout the UAE, which are of high quality. In addition to our concrete barriers – precast bunkers, concrete shelters, concrete walls (T-walls), manholes and utility chambers form an important part of our commercial precast product line.

Each project will have varying technical needs. Due to this, our precast manholes and utility chambers are produced as per drawings and specifications of a project. Why use PRECAST MANHOLES?

Manholes designed and cast in the factory have many advantages over those cast on site, such as fewer weather conditions and concrete curing, less steel fixing and concrete pouring, and a much lower amount of on-site shuttering.

The factory also offers greater control of dimensions, reinforcement placement, openings, concrete quality and traceability of QA/QC. This is crucial on infrastructure projects where the dimensions of the chamber need to align with the location and dimensions of the pipes or duct entering the chamber.

One of the major benefits of using it for active construction projects is the speed and predictability. Work can be carried on in excavation and site preparation, and once the chambers are made, can be sent to the site in order. This can assist contractors in managing the project more effectively and minimize onsite delays.
